These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the game Gold Rush Towns (“Game”) operated by LTA GROUP spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, NIP 8842810956 (“Operator”, “we”, “us”). By registering or using the Game you agree to these Terms.
The Game is an online browser game. The Operator provides the platform and game mechanics. Access may be limited by age or jurisdiction as required by law. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Game with reasonable notice where possible.
You must provide accurate data when registering. You are responsible for keeping your login and password secure. You must not cheat, use bots, exploit bugs, harass other users, or violate applicable law. The Operator may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
In-game resources, gold, and other virtual items are part of the Game and have no guaranteed real-world value unless otherwise stated in the Game (e.g. micropayment rules). The Operator may adjust game economy, rates, or features for balance or legal reasons.
If the Game offers purchases (e.g. gold, premium), payment terms will be stated at the point of purchase. Gold or other virtual items obtained in-game may be exchangeable under rules published in the Game; such rules form part of these Terms. Refunds are subject to the Operator’s refund policy and applicable law.
The Game, its design, code, graphics, and content are owned by the Operator or licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Game except as permitted by law.
The Game is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data or virtual items due to technical issues, unless caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Liability is limited as required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms. The current version will be published on this page. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the new Terms. For material changes we may notify you via the Game or email where appropriate.
